Modular devices for mounting on DIN-EN 60715 TH35 rail. 1 division unit =18mm wide, 58mm deep. It can be set to the functions switch-on wiper (EW), switch-off wiper (AW) or switch-on and switch-off wiper (EAW) with a rotary switch. With the patented Eltako Duplex technology (DX), the normally potential-free contacts can still switch in zero crossing when switching 230V AC 50Hz, thus drastically reducing wear. To do this, simply connect the N conductor to the terminal (N) and L to 15 (L). This results in an additional stand-by loss of only 0.1 Watt. Universal control voltage 8..230V UC. Supply voltage same as control voltage. Time range 0.1 seconds to 40 hours. Due to the use of a bistable relay, there is no coil loss and no heating through this, even when switched on. After installation, wait for the automatic short synchronisation before connecting the switched consumer to the mains. The LED under the large rotary switch informs about the contact position during the time lapse. It is off as long as the make contact 15-18 is open (15-16 closed) and is constantly on as long as the make contact 15-18 is closed (15-16 open). The time base T is set with the latching rotary switch T. The basic values available are 0.1 second, 0.5 seconds, 2 seconds, 5 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours and 4 hours. The total time results from the time base multiplied by the multiplier. The multiplier xT is set with the latching rotary switch xT and lies between 1 and 10. Thus, times between 0.1 second (time base 0.1 second and multiplier1) and 40 hours (time base 4 hours and multiplier 10) can be set. * The maximum load can be used from a delay or cycle time of 5 minutes. For shorter times, the maximum load is reduced as follows: Up to 2 seconds to 15%, up to 2 minutes to 30%, up to 5 minutes to 60%.
