1) Free return option:
Under the following conditions you can create a free DHL return label:
- Send in your old defective item for the purpose of extending the functional warranty to 2 years click here
- Incorrect delivery (item ordered does not correspond to the item delivered)
- Transport damage
- Item was probably delivered defective / warranty case
Item does not work as intended?
I.) Before you send the item, please contact our Heiz24 support team by email for help. It may be possible to solve the problem remotely by email.
II) Here is a checklist of most problems, please print it out before returning the item, work through it carefully and send it along: Problems/questions checklist ,
This may enable our specialists to narrow down your problem further. This will increase the processing speed of your case.
If none of this has helped:
III) Heiz24 return documents (please print out, fill in and enclose in the parcel)
IV) Fill in the DHL parcel label for Germany online
V.) Take the parcel to the nearest DHL station.
In the event of unauthorised use of the free Heiz24 return slip (see above for conditions), we will charge the shipping costs incurred.
2.) Normal return option:
For all other reasons such as
- Item was ordered incorrectly by the customer
- Item is no longer needed
- Article not compatible, does not fit
