25 months Heiz24 new device warranty

We the Heiz24.de owner Matthias Falkenberg e.K. grant 25 months warranty on the new commodity concretely applied in each case with the warranty promise by us. The period for the computation of the guarantee duration begins with invoice date. Our guarantee achievements are spatially unlimited. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, we, as guarantors, grant one of the following services of our choice within the scope of the Heiz24 new product guarantee:

- free exchange of the goods against an equivalent item (if necessary also a successor model, if the original item is no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage to the goods caused by
- improper or improper handling (e.g. operating errors, mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage)

- excessive environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust etc.)

- failure to observe any safety precautions

- Non-compliance with the operating instructions

- Use of force (e.g. blow, impact, fall)

- unauthorized repair attempts without our prior written consent

- Defects due to normal wear and tear

Removal or alteration of the nameplate, serial number or any safety label attached to the product will invalidate the warranty.

A claim under warranty requires that we, as the guarantor, are enabled to examine the warranty case by sending in the goods. In doing so, it must be ensured that damage during transport is avoided by appropriate packaging. Warranty services shall neither extend nor restart the warranty period for this article; replaced parts shall become our property.

To apply for warranty service, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice of the goods shipment. We ask for your understanding that we can refuse the warranty service without enclosing this invoice copy. The sending of the invoice copy serves to calculate the warranty period.

24 months Heiz24 function warranty - for used devices

You have the possibility to agree with us on a 24-month function warranty for a used article purchased by you.

If you send us your old defective article, including a precise description of the defect, within one year of purchasing one of our used articles, we will grant you a 24-month functional guarantee for the respective used article purchased from us after the expiry of the revocation period for the purchased used article. The period for the calculation of the warranty period begins with the invoice date. We will inform you of the functional guarantee and the exact guarantee period immediately after receipt of your old article and expiry of the cancellation period for the used article purchased from us by means of a guarantee declaration by email. Upon receipt of the guarantee declaration, the ownership of your used article is transferred to us. If you make use of your right of revocation after your purchase, we will return the defective article to you free of charge.

The Heiz24 function warranty includes the following services for the period of 24 months: If your used article purchased from Heiz24 shows a malfunction within the warranty period, you will receive one of the following services of our choice:

Please fill out the Heiz24 problem solution list before sending it to us, as experience has shown that malfunctions often result from setting or operating errors. If the error or malfunction still occurs after using the problem solution list, please send us the defective article. 14-day money-back guarantee

We grant all our customers - including tradesmen and entrepreneurial customers - a 14-day right of withdrawal. During this time you can return goods purchased from us without giving reasons and get your money back.
