1 change-over contact potential-free 10A/250V AC. 230V LED lamps up to 200W, incandescent lamps 2000W. Stand-by loss only 0.05-0.5 Watt. Modular device for mounting on DIN-EN 60715 TH35 rail. 1 division unit = 18mm wide, 58mm deep. With the patented Eltako Duplex technology (DX), the normally potential-free contacts can still switch in zero crossing when switching 230V AC 50Hz, thus drastically reducing wear. To do this, simply connect the N conductor to terminal (N) and L to 1(L). This results in an additional stand-by loss of only 0.1 Watt. As soon as the supply voltage UC (8-253V AC or 10-230V DC) is applied to B1/A2, the BZR12DDX can be set: Use the protruding MODE and SET keys to select the function: Press MODE briefly to make the last set function (ex works BST = operating hours counter) flash in field 1 and with SET you can now switch to IMP = pulse counter up to 9999 pulses and I10 = pulse counter x 10 up to 99990 pulses. Confirm the selected function with MODE. Function BST = operating hours counter: Field 3 shows the accumulated operating hours T1 up to 8760 hours = 1 year. Up to 999.9 hours with one decimal place. Field 2 shows up to 99 accumulated operating years T2, if applicable. With MODE, the alarm time AZT from 1 to 9999 hours can be activated, at which the relay contact switches from 1-2 to 1-3. AZT flashes and SET increases by 1 hour each time in field 3. Pressing for a longer time changes the time quickly. Release and press again for a longer time to change the direction. Confirm the selected time with MODE. The + sign in field 1 indicates a set alarm time. AA flashes and SET activates (display AA+) or deactivates (display AA) the automatic alarm switch-off. As long as the control voltage (= supply voltage) is applied to A1, the operating hours are counted in field 3 and the display II in field 1 slowly moves to the right. The remaining alarm time RZT in hours can be displayed by briefly pressing SET in field 3. Pressing SET again switches back to the operating display. During a power failure, the contact switches from 1-2 to 1-3. It can therefore be used for an alarm message if necessary. When the alarm time AZT is reached, the contact switches from 1-2 to 1-3, SET flashes in field 1 and the time display of the alarm duration from 0.1 minutes (m) to 99 hours (h) starts in field 2. The contact position 1-3 is indicated with an arrow on the left in field 1. Acknowledge alarm: a) If the automatic alarm switch-off is activated (AA+), the contact 1-3 closes for only 1 second and the alarm time starts again. b) By applying the control voltage +B1 to AR, the contact switches back; when the control voltage is removed from AR, the alarm time starts again. c) By pressing the SET key for 3 seconds, the contact switches back, the alarm time starts again and the operating hours counter in field 3 continues to run as in a) and b). Reset the operating hours counter before an alarm message by applying the control voltage +B1 to AR for 3 seconds or pressing the MODE and SET buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds, confirm the RES display in field 1 with SET. The counter is reset to 0, but the alarm time is not changed. Switch on the key lock by briefly pressing MODE and SET simultaneously. The flashing LCK display, confirm with SET, locks the keys and indicates this with an arrow in field 1 in the direction of the printed lock symbol. Switch off the key lock by pressing MODE and SET simultaneously for 2 seconds. Confirm the flashing display UNL with SET to unlock again. Function IMP = pulse counter and function I10 = pulse counter x 10: Field 3 shows the accumulated pulses T1 to 9999 (99990) pulses. With MODE the alarm pulse count AIZ can be activated, at which the relay contact switches from 1-2 to 1-3. AIZ flashes and SET increases by 1 pulse each in field 3
