The comfort water softener A22 SWC PRO SL is used to protect water pipes and water heaters from limescale deposits, which inhibit the flow of water and lead to high energy consumption. Appliances and fittings are protected and costly repairs are avoided. The consumption of detergents and cleaning agents is significantly lower with partially softened water than with non-softened water. There are no restrictions with regard to the area of application in accordance with DIN 1988 Part 200. The capacity of the water softening system is designed so that both the entire water for a detached house or apartment block and the corresponding partial quantities of water for hot water, swimming pool, washing machine and dishwasher can be partially softened.
The SWC PRO SL is a single-column system based on the ion exchange process. An additional fitting (e.g. a Drufi+) can be connected to the "sandwich" blending valve. The system also has integrated leakage protection, which protects the house or flat from water damage. The system has a touchpad control unit that can be used to conveniently call up and enter all information. If the SWC PRO SL is connected to the Internet, the system can also be controlled via the Internet using the comfort app. The water softener is disinfected at regular intervals to prevent contamination.
