The comfort water softener Softwater Uno is used to protect water pipes and water heaters from limescale deposits, which inhibit the flow of water and lead to high energy consumption. Appliances and fittings are protected and costly repairs are avoided. The consumption of detergents and cleaning agents is significantly lower with partially softened water than with non-softened water. There are no restrictions with regard to the area of application in accordance with DIN 1988 Part 200. The capacity of the water softening system is designed so that all the water for a single-family home can be partially softened.
The Softwater Uno is a single-column system based on the ion exchange process. The Softwater Uno has a touchpad control unit that can be used to conveniently call up and enter all information. If it is connected to the Internet, it can also be controlled via the Internet using the comfort app. The water softener is disinfected at regular intervals to prevent contamination.
