The comfort-SWC-Pro S is used to protect water pipes and water heaters from limescale deposits, which inhibit the flow of water and lead to high energy consumption. Appliances and fittings are protected and costly repairs are avoided. The consumption of detergents and cleaning agents is significantly lower with partially softened water than with non-softened water. There are no restrictions with regard to the area of application in accordance with DIN 1988 Part 200. The capacity of the water softening system is designed so that all the water for a detached house can be partially softened.
The SWC-Pro S is a single-column system based on the ion exchange process. An additional tap (e.g. a Drufi+ or a Safe-Tech+ Connect) can be connected to the "sandwich" blending valve. The system has a touchpad control unit, which can be used to conveniently call up and enter all information. If the SWC-Pro S is connected to the Internet, the control system can also be controlled via the Internet using the comfort app. The water softener is disinfected at regular intervals to prevent contamination.

The comfort-SWC-Pro S with integrated WLAN is supplied with a "sandwich" connection fitting (S). If a comfort drinking water filter with flange connection from the comfort system is already in the pipe, the SWC-Pro S turns two fittings into a compact filter and softening unit: detach the filter, flange on the connection fitting with integrated blending device, refit the filter and connect the two hoses of the SWC-Pro S.
