Resideo VE300S blending unit
The retrofittable blending unit (used immediately after the NK300S refill combination) is used to capture and soften or demineralise the filling and make-up water, e.g. in a heating system. The refill unit simplifies the softening or demineralisation of water and thus effectively prevents limescale deposits and corrosion in e.g. heating systems. A drain valve enables sampling to check the parameters. The refill unit has a removable electronic smart monitoring system. The electronic user interface has the following functions: Input of data on water hardness and cartridge type, display of volume flow, water consumption and remaining cartridge capacity, alarm function as an indication to replace the cartridge, alarm function as an indication to replace the battery (batteries included), visualisation of alarms on the display, audible alarm (can be manually muted or deactivated). The housing is made of dezincification-resistant brass. In conjunction with the P300-L cartridge, it is possible to soften water, e.g. for heating systems. In conjunction with the P300-LES cartridge, it is possible to demineralise water, e.g. for heating systems. The cartridges are not included in the scope of delivery and can be fitted without tools. The scope of delivery includes a measuring set for determining the raw water hardness and a fastening set with 2 screws and 2 plugs.
