Example of use:
With central control unit, pressure switch, solenoid valve, pre-installed ball valve and integrated thermal shut-off device T (TAE)
Function:
The air pressure monitor determines whether there is sufficient flow in the exhaust air chimney. The flow status determined by the air pressure monitor is evaluated by the KCU kitchen control system and a central shut-off device is activated. As long as there is sufficient flow in the exhaust air chimney, the two solenoid valves of the central shut-off device remain open and liquid gas can flow to the consumer.
