When the temperature in the system rises, the system water expands. The "expansion water" is temporarily stored in the expansion vessel to keep the pressure in the system at the right level. Each vessel is tested at the factory.

The thread of the system connection is uncoated, which ensures a problem-free connection. The fixed bag diaphragm prevents the water from coming into contact with the bare steel of the vessel. Nitrogen gas filling to maintain pre-pressure for longer.

Maximum working pressure: 6.0 bar. Red (RAL 3002) epoxy powder coating (also available in white (RAL9010)). Vessels according to EN13831. Suitable for systems with a maximum system temperature of 120 °C. Min. / max. temperature membrane: -10 / 70 °C. Membrane: EPDM. Fully welded construction. Galvanised flange. Suitable for the addition of glycol-based antifreeze up to 50%. In compliance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. Baseflex 35 - 80: Equipped with feet as standard.
