The NOVACOND DM hydraulic group ensures efficient utilisation of the required system temperatures. The return water from the direct radiator heating circuit or hot water preparation is added to the flow of the mixed underfloor heating/heating circuit. In this way, the total return flow to the condensing boiler cools down sufficiently to ensure condensation (condensing effect) in the heat exchanger.
