- For easy installation of wooden beams / sleepers
- Adjustment process is simplified so that no assistance from a second person is required
- How it works:
- Create the drill hole and prepare the drill hole in the wooden beam
- Clean the drill hole
- Bring the adjusting disc together with the concrete screw, so that the moulded washer of the concrete screw fits into the recess of the adjusting washer
- Set the concrete screw with an impact screwdriver to the specified torque
- Place a second adjusting washer with the countersink facing downwards on the already installed concrete screw
- Fasten the adjusting washers to the timber using standard screws with a flat head
- Now the concrete screw can be easily loosened again and the beam can be aligned and relined or underpinned as required.
- After adjustment, tighten the concrete screw again
- Optional: Once the adjustment is complete, the upper adjustment disc can be removed and used for the next installation
