and cooling systems. Degassing is achieved by creating a vacuum using a frequency-controlled pump. The Vacumat complies with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and PED 2014/68/EU. Suitable for use in systems with automatic pressure-maintaining devices as well as pressure-retaining vessels with a constant gas cushion. The sensors in the Vacumat Eco continuously measure the temperature and pressure in the system. The specially developed software supports the new active degassing technology and provides a better overview of water quality and system performance. The system is monitored fully automatically to detect the presence of gases, whereupon corrections are made if necessary. Once the system has been degassed, the Vacumat Eco checks the degassing results and makes adjustments if required. This standby mode further reduces energy consumption. As the pressure and temperature of the system water are constantly measured, the Vacumat Eco automatically selects the most effective vacuum for optimal degassing. The device ensures that steam formation is avoided during the degassing process. Consequently, only the gases dissolved in the water are removed, not water vapour. Based on this, the innovative operating principle ensures a highly efficient and quiet degassing process. The Vacumat Eco continuously and automatically regulates the desired degassing level of the system water and only degasses when necessary (energy-efficient operation).
