Residual current circuit breakers (RCCBs) switch off the power supply if dangerously high residual currents occur. They thus protect people, animals and systems. DFS 2 are two-pole residual current circuit-breakers for single-phase networks. In the standard version, the compact devices are two units narrow. They are available with many different residual current types and versions with rated currents of up to 125 A. The large double-deck terminals can also accommodate large conductor cross-sections. The trigger position of the multifunctional switch toggle facilitates troubleshooting. The free labelling software helps with labelling. Type B switches are sensitive to all currents at frequencies from 0 Hz (smooth DC residual currents) to 150 kHz. They have increased surge current and weather resistance. Residual current circuit-breakers from the SK series stand for residual current protection and high system availability. They are characterised by a lower response sensitivity at higher frequencies. The SK characteristic is optimised for systems in which fire protection is not required. Standard devices are designed for monitoring circuits with a rated voltage of 230 V and a rated frequency of 50 Hz. Features: high immunity to operational leakage currents and residual currents at frequencies from 1 kHz All-current sensitive for residual currents with frequencies and mixed frequencies from 0 Hz (smooth DC current) to 150 kHz Tripping independent of the mains voltage for type A residual currents Voltage-dependent detection of smooth DC residual currents and AC residual currents with frequencies not equal to 50/60 Hz Full functionality with mains voltages of up to 50/60 Hz Full functionality with mains voltages from at least 50 V AC on any two active conductors Small size for all rated currents High short-circuit resistance Double-sided double-deck terminals for large conductor cross-section and busbar connection Switching position indicator Window for labelling Multifunction switch toggle with three positions: "on", "off", "tripped" Neutral conductor position as required Mounting type: quick fastening on mounting rail Installation position as required Feed preferably from above Areas of application: Commercial and industrial installations with TN-S, TT and TN-C-S systems in which power electronics equipment without galvanic mains isolation is used, e.g. frequency converters, switching power supplies, high-frequency converters. Photovoltaic and UPS systems with transformerless inverters Also ideal for heat pumps or photovoltaic systems in new buildings, for example Notes: Suitable for use in 50 Hz AC networks RCCB for other frequencies on request Not intended for use in DC networks or on the output side of controlled electrical equipment such as frequency converters.
