Internal volume of the multifunctional unit 0.4 litres.- The combined action of the strainer and sludge separator guarantees maximum efficiency for separating impurities within the system from the very first flow. - It removes the magnetite present in the closed circuit and thus protects the pumps. - Very quick and effective maintenance thanks to the double-sided opening of the dirt trap, easily removable magnetic clip and drain with ball valve. - The sludge separator installed upstream of the strainer prevents an increase in pressure loss, which is usually caused by increasing contamination. - Can be installed in both vertical and horizontal pipework thanks to the swivelling connection. - Strainer insert with fine-meshed strainer for initial cleaning and operating strainer with larger mesh size.To regularly separate impurities such as sludge and ferromagnetic particles from the system medium, we recommend installing a sludge separator in the main return line. This is recommended/required by pump manufacturers to ensure trouble-free operation of the high-efficiency pumps. Sludge separators protect all fittings and your heat exchanger in the boiler.
