C-steel press system for press contour "M"
The C-steel press system includes press fittings and pipes in the dimensions 12-54 mm. Fittings and pipes are manufactured from unalloyed steel Rst 34-2 with material no. 1.0034 in accordance with EN 10305-3. This special steel is characterised by a high degree of purity and a particularly low carbon content.

The carbon steel pipe is protected against external corrosion by means of a zinc coating and a passivation/chromate layer. This zinc layer is applied thermally, which ensures good adhesion.

Field of application
C-steel fittings and pipes can be used in closed heating systems in accordance with DIN 4751, closed water circuits (cooling systems), sprinkler systems and compressed air lines (dry). The max. operating temperature is 120°C, the max. operating pressure is 16 bar.
