The selective main circuit breakers of the S750 series are designed as voltage-independent selective main circuit breakers (SHU) in accordance with DIN VDE 0641-21 and are layman-operated and designed for the highest overvoltage category. They have a wide range of applications: as a disconnecting device at the metering point in accordance with the TAB of the grid operators or VDE-AR-N 4101 as well as in all low-voltage main distribution boards for the protection of distribution circuits and as a disconnecting device with disconnecting function. The special selectivity properties to ensure high system availability should be emphasised. The S750 series is designed for direct mounting on a 4- or 5-pole 40mm (12mm x 5/10mm) busbar system. Regardless of the rated current of the S750, up to 50mm² and max. 100A can be fed directly into the busbar system via the lower terminal. Devices in the S 750 family have an integrated blocking option that enables simultaneous blocking of the 3 poles of a three-phase supply. The integrated locking slide locks in the ON or OFF position and can also be secured with a padlock, wire seal or cable tie.
