25 months Heiz24 New appliance warranty

We the Heiz24.de owner Matthias Falkenberg e.K. grants a 25-month guarantee on the new product advertised specifically by us with the guarantee promise. The period for the calculation of the warranty period begins with the date of the invoice. Our guarantee is unlimited. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, we provide as guarantee guarantor within the framework of the Heiz24 New Product Warranty one of the following services at our discretion:

• free exchange of the goods against an equivalent article (possibly also a successor model if the original product is no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage to the goods
- Abusive or improper handling (eg operating errors, mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage)

- excessive environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust etc.)
- Failure to observe any safety precautions

- Disregard the operating instructions

- use of force (eg impact, impact, fall)

- unauthorized repair attempts without our prior written consent

- Defects caused by normal wear and tear

When removing or altering the type plate attached to the product, the serial number or any safety label, the guarantee claim expires.

A claim of the guarantee service presupposes that we as guarantee guarantor the examination of the guarantee is made possible by the dispatch of the goods. Care must be taken to avoid damage to the transport path by means of a suitable packaging. No guarantee or guarantee shall be given for the renewal or restatement of the guarantee period for this article; Replaced parts become our property.

You must enclose a copy of the original invoice for the warranty. We ask for your understanding that we can reject the guarantee without having to settle this invoice. The transmission of the invoice copy is used to calculate the guarantee period.

24 months Heiz24 Functional guarantee - for used equipment

You have the possibility to agree with us a spatially unlimited 24-month functional guarantee for a purchased item you have purchased.

If you send us your old defective article within one year, including a detailed error description, we will give you a functional guarantee of 24 months for the respective purchased from us after expiry of the period of revocation for the purchased used item Used items. The period for the calculation of the warranty period begins with the date of the invoice. The functional warranty and the exact warranty period are communicated to you immediately after receipt of your old product and expiration of the period of revocation for the used item bought with us by means of a guarantee declaration by email. Upon receipt of the guarantee, the ownership of your old product will pass to us. If you use your right of revocation after your purchase, you will be returned the defective item free of charge.

The Heiz24 functional guarantee covers the following services for a period of 24 months: If your used item purchased from Heiz24 has a malfunction during the warranty period, you will receive one of the following services:

Please complete the Heiz24 problem-solving list before transmission as the experience has shown that malfunctions often result from setting or operating errors. If the error or the malfunction still occurs after applying the problem resolution list, please send the defective article to us. 14-day money back guarantee

We grant a 14-day right of revocation to all our customers - including those who are active and entrepreneurial customers. During this time, you can return goods purchased from us without giving reasons and get your money back.

All of the statutory warranty rights to which you are entitled remain unaffected by the above warranty provisions. The statutory warranty rights can be found in our General Terms and Conditions under section 9.
