Do I have to send my defective device to the 24 month Heiz24 function guarantee?
First order the article with us. After receipt of the goods leave the items exchanged. Afterwards, you will return your defective item including an error description to us. The 24 month Heiz24 function guarantee is confirmed by email. For the return to us you simply use our return portal.

Can I also pick up the ordered goods?
You can also pick up the goods directly from us. Please make an appointment by phone or e-mail before pick-up. Please bring the invoice amount in cash and preferably equal to your old, defective article for a 24 month Heiz24 function guarantee.

What do I do if the article does not fit, or the error was not on the purchased item?
You have a right of revocation with us 14 days. As soon as the return of the purchased item arrives with us, you will be refunded your paid amount within 2 - 5 business days. If you have exceeded the cancellation period, we may offer you a purchase for a fixed season. Please contact us by email.

Is my desired item in stock and immediately available?
If you have found the item you are looking for, please check if there is a green dot and the text "immediately available" next to the article.
If you see a red dot and the text "not available", the article is currently available. Unfortunately not available. However, you can leave your email address in the product details without obligation. We will inform you automatically by email within the next 30 days, as soon as the item is back in stock and available.

Is it possible to pay on invoice?

Public institutions and municipalities as well as large companies, we also offer a direct payment on account, please send us an email or call us.

Is an express delivery possible?
At the moment, we do not offer express shipping. However, our shipping partner DPD is very fast for deliveries, so that most deliveries are delivered within 24 - 48 hours (within Germany) after delivery to DPD.

Can my product be repaired by Heiz24?
We currently do not offer any repairs.
